Working principle
Pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through vacuum generator to realize the transportation of materials. It does not need mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, eliminating material static electricity and meeting the requirements of GMP. The high vacuum generated by the direct air generator eliminates the stratification of the transported materials and ensures the uniformity of the composition of the mixed materials. It is the preferred equipment for automatic feeding of machinery such as tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulation machine, packaging machine, pulverizer and vibrating screen. When the compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a direct air flow. The material is sucked into the suction pipe forming material-air, which goes through the suction pipe and reaches the material bin of the first feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material bin is full, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator stops working, the bin door opens automatically, and the material falls into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back blowing valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.Product advantages
