Product Introduction
The plate chain bucket elevator is a new product developed with advanced technology from abroad. The main technical parameters conform to the standards of the Ministry of Machinery (JB3926-85). It adopts self-flow charging and gravity discharge design. The chain is a high-quality alloy steel high-strength plate chain, which is wear-resistant and reliable. The drive part adopts a hard tooth surface reducer. This machine is suitable for vertical conveying of medium, large and abrasive materials (such as limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, lump coal), and the material temperature is below 250℃.
The NE plate chain bucket elevator is widely used in various industrial countries. Due to its high efficiency, the HL type and other chain elevators are being phased out. This series is inflow feeding, the material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by the plate chain, and unloads itself under the action of the material gravity. NE series plate chain bucket elevator has 11 models: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800.
Working Principle
The NE plate chain elevator is wound around the upper driving sprocket and the lower redirecting sprocket by the moving parts. Under the action of the driving device, the driving sprocket drives the traction member and the hopper to make a rotary circular motion, and the material is fed into hoppers from the lower part. When the material is lifted to the upper sprocket, it is discharged from the discharge port under the action of gravity and centrifugal force.
The main parameters are shown in the table below. The machine adopts a fully enclosed casing with low chain speed and almost no material return phenomenon, so the reactive power loss is less, the noise is low, and the service life is long.

Main Component Structure Characteristics
1. Upper device: installed with tracks (double row) to prevent the chain from swinging, backstop to prevent the hopper from rotating backward and the material blocking the lower casing, and the discharge port is equipped with a rubber plate to prevent the material from returning.
2. Intermediate section: Some intermediate sections are equipped with tracks (double row sections) to prevent the chain from swinging during operation, and some intermediate sections are equipped with access doors for maintenance.
3. Lower device: installed with tensioning device, NE15~NE50 adopts spring tensioning, NE100~NE800 adopts heavy hammer box tensioning.
4. The upper and lower sprockets adopt model ZG310-570. Overall quenching and tempering, HB229-269 tooth surface quenching HRC40~48.
5. Plate chain: The chain plate adopts model 45 # HRC36~42

There are 11 types of NE plate chain chains, which are NE15, ne30, ne50, ne100 to ne800. Before installing the NE type of hoist plate chain, check whether the joint rotation is flexible. If it is difficult to rotate, it should be removed, derusted with gasoline or kerosene. and polished it with sandpaper until it can rotate flexibly before installation. Lubricating oil is strictly prohibited.

Features Of Main Components Of Ne Plate Chain Bucket Elevator
1. Wide application range. There are few requirements for the type, characteristics and blockiness of materials. It can be used to hoist general powder, granular and block materials, as well as materials with grinding traits. Material temperature can be up to 250 °C.
2. The driving power is small. The machine adopts inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharging, and adopts densely arranged large-capacity hopper for conveying. The chain speed is low and the lifting amount is large. There is almost no material returning and digging, so the non-production power is small, and the power consumption is 70% of that of the chain hoist.
3. Large conveying capacity. The series is available in 11 sizes. Lift range 15~800m 3 /h.
4. Long service life. The design of this machine ensures that materials will not be scattered during feeding, lifting and unloading, which reduces mechanical wear, and rarely squeezes and collides between materials. The conveyor chain adopts high-strength wear-resistant chain, which greatly prolongs the service life of the chain and chain bucket. Under normal use, the service life of the conveyor chain is more than 5 years.
5. Good sealing and less environmental pollution. The advanced design principle ensures the reliability of the whole machine, and the trouble-free time exceeds 30,000 hours.
6. Wearing parts of the machine is few and maintenance and repair are convenient. The cost of use is very low due to energy savings and less maintenance.
7. The mechanical size is small and the appearance is good, with folded & welded casing and embossed middle & good rigidity.
Installation of NE plate chain bucket elevator
1. The plate chain bucket elevator must be firmly installed on a solid concrete foundation. The surface of the concrete foundation should be flat and horizontal to ensure the verticality of the machine after installation.
The plate chain bucket elevator with a higher height should be connected with its adjacent buildings (such as silos, workshops, etc.) at the appropriate positions of its middle casing and upper casing to increase its stability. When installing, first install the lower parts, fix the anchor bolts, then install the middle case, and then install the upper case. After the installation, correct the verticality. Measure with a plumb line up and down the full height, and the error should be less than 10mm. The upper and lower axes should be parallel, and their axis lines should be in the same plane.
When installing a bucket elevator with a lower height, the upper, middle and lower casings can be connected and aligned on the ground plane, and then the whole is hoisted and fixed on the concrete foundation.
2. After the casing is installed, install the chain and hopper. The U-shaped screw used for the connection of the hopper is not only a chain joint, but also a fixing part of the hopper. The nut of the U-shaped screw must be tightened reliably to prevent loosening.
3. After the chain and hopper are installed, properly tension it.
4. Add an appropriate amount of oil and butter to the reducer and bearing seat respectively. The reducer is lubricated with industrial gear oil. Calcium-based or sodium-based butter can be used in the bearing housing.
5. Trial operation. After the installation is completed, the empty vehicle trial operation should be carried out. Attention should be paid to the idling operation: it cannot be reversed or bumped. After idle operation of no less than 2 hours, there should be no overheating, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 250C, and the temperature rise of the reducer should not exceed 300C. After 2 hours of empty operation, the load test can be carried out when everything is normal. During the test run with load, the feeding should be uniform to prevent excessive feeding and block the lower part and cause "stuffy car".
Routine Maintenance
Head and tail wheel correction
Correct the levelness and flatness of the head and tail wheels every six months.
1. Use an inelastic string to hang the vertical ball from the head to the tail. First, correct the center line of the hoist, and the horizontal and vertical deviations of the machine: the deviation should be no more than 5mm when the height of the bucket elevator is 10-20 meters, when the bucket elevator height is more than 20m, it is not more than 7mm;
2. The parallelism of the head wheel shaft to the horizontal plane is not more than 0.3%, and the tail shaft is parallel to the head shaft;
3. The vertical deviation of the midpoint of the head wheel and the tail wheel: The deviation should be no more than 3mm, when the height of the bucket elevator is 10-20m , and the deviation should be no more than 5mm, when the height of the bucket elevator is more than 20m;
4. The plane deviation of the head wheel and the tail wheel. The deviation should be no more than 4mm when the height of the bucket elevator is 10-20 meters, and not more than 6mm when the height of the bucket elevator is more than 20m.
Parts
1. Tail wheel: The accumulated material under the counterweight support plate at the tail wheel should be cleaned up in time to prevent the support plate from being stuck and ensure the flexibility of the tail wheel.
Note: The blocking of the support plate will cause uneven wear of the plate chain on two sides or damage the hopper.
2. The casing: The casing, especially the inspection door, should be sealed in time to prevent moisture from entering.
Note: Moisture entering the bucket lift will condense on the bucket lift shell wall to form large lumps of material, which will block the bucket lift discharge opening or chute after falling off.
3. Chains and hoppers: Regularly check the chains, chain guides, pins, and hopper bolts, supplement or slip them, and cut the chain segments according to the wear condition.
4. Bearing housing: Check the anchor bolts of the bearing seat every shift and fasten them in time. Clean the dust and oil stains on the reducer once a day, generally wipe with a cloth.
